i DRINK THIS ON COLD MORNINGSIf you favor hot cocoa made with milk, this does not rise to that level of creaminess without adding creamer after. It does have good flavor and it is convenient for the grandkids when we are camping and the adults are slurping coffee. It makes them feel special.One caveat--this is the only time i am would complain about shipping...they just slapped a label on the actual cocoa box and sent it. it was delivered in rain. it had no protection. while the outer box fell apart, the cocoa kcups were fine.Weird! Just a bunch of loose kcups thrown in a shipping box. Maybe I missed that in the reviewsThe cocoa is good as long as you don't add too much water. The downside is that the powder sometimes clumps/clogs causing either the brewer to shut off due to pressure, or not all powder to come out so you end up with watery cocoa. Easy enough to work around but is a slight inconvenience.Mine didn't come in a retail box but the cups themselves are genuine and tightly sealed.I add one kcup of this chocolate to 12 ounces of French roast coffee. I call it my Mocha Latte. Delicious!Reduce Calorie Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate is great. It has very low sugar content. I is a wonder treat on cold nights. My family loves it. I recommend this product.We drank the hot cocoa on cold winter days. When I pick my grandsons up from school they like to have a mug of hot cocoa at my house. The eight-year-old knows how to make his own cup using the K-cup machine. Sometimes we add marshmallows!Very good product
