Maria Berntsen is the creator of the beautiful design with light lantern made of hand-blown glass. A real piece of craftsmanship where the glass blower carefully blows just the right amount of air through a narrow tube to give the glass its shape. The result is unique with distinctive features, such as small air bubbles in the glass, which give the lantern its very special charm. The Design With Light lantern can be used all year round as a light source or decorative object and can be taken anywhere thanks to its decorative and robust handle made of cowhide leather. The actual lantern has a height of 29 cm, but is also available in a 25 and 16 cm version. This lantern is made of smoke-coloured glass, but it is also made from clear and matte white glass. The different models can be combined in an attractive way and provide atmospheric lighting anywhere in your home.

我が家ではシトロネラのキャンドルを入れて、夜風の涼しくなった時に窓開けをするので使っています。なので明るさを求めてはいないのでスモークです。しかし、中のキャンドルはきちんと見えます。美しい形をしていて意匠ゆえにこの商品を買いたい、という気持ちになる商品ですね。大きさで迷う方もいると思いますが、ここはしっかり1万円以上払ってMサイズまたはLサイズを買った方が色々なキャンドルに使用できていいと思います。ルームフレグランスとして販売されている、キャンドルの中にはわりと大きめのものもありますしね。ホルムガードの中に入れるとキャンドルの火も安定しますし、直にキャンドルをどこかに置いておくよりも安心感があります。我が家は猫がいるので周囲を覆うランタンは必要でした。夏の宵の落ち着く時間帯に昼間の精神的疲労を和らげる風情です。
