We remodeled a 6x6 bathroom into a handicap accessible bathroom, which was a bit of a miracle. It now has a roll in shower area, and this sink fits neatly into the opposite corner. Not much room for storage but you can hang a cloth or small towel underneath. We have a matching glass shelf above, which helps to provide more space. The faucet works fine. All necessary hardware was included. It is well made and not difficult to install.
